Eastleigh Freemasons Cheque Presentation 2017 – For SCRATCH Christmas Toy Appeal

We were privileged to attend the Eastleigh Freemasons Cheque Presentation event again this year, and collected two full boxes of toys for the Scratch Christmas Toy Appeal.

The PGM, and honorary member, Michael Wilks, was joined by the North Central Area APGM Roy Quin, along with the Mayor of Eastleigh, Councillor Maureen Sollitt.

The PGM was in his Widows Sons regalia for the whole event, and presented us with a donation he received the night before from a Ninja Visit to Eling Manor Lodge No. 7337.  During his speech he spoke of the good work the Widows Sons do for charity, and that he was proud to be an honorary member.

On behalf of Scratch, and ourselves, our hearty thanks go out to all the Eastleigh Freemasons and to Eling Manor Lodge No. 7337, and all their visitors, for their generosity.

During the whole event, over £14,000 was distributed to local charities.  Kudos to all Eastleigh Freemasons for delivering Freemasonry to the community.
